Is There A Six-Star Rating?
Oak Knoll Automotive impressed me as a well-run business, staffed by pleasant, courteous, attentive, competent, and reliable professionals.
Eric quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem which illuminated the check-engine light on my 2012 Nissan Murano. Once the problem had been found, Eric accurately predicted (to within the hour), when repair parts would arrive, when work could begin, how long the work would take, and how much it would cost. The only change to the elements of the job was that the took a bit less time than forecast.
The Murano I drive didn’t alert me to the nature of the problem, so I had no way of knowing what I was in for when I got to Oak Knoll. After the job was complete, I learned that Oak Knoll’s price for the work was at the low end of the Kelley Blue Book estimate.
Good business, good treatment. I’ll be back.
